See you. Not call you — until you're a Paid Member.
People search Pro Operator Network every day for someone with your equipment. Your profile shows up. Your experience shows up. Your name doesn't come with a phone number attached — because that's the one thing a free listing doesn't include.
Paid members are the only operators a searching customer can actually contact.
Pay-per-lead platforms charge you every time they hand your name to a customer — often $15 to $150 or more per lead — and hand that same lead to several other contractors at the same time. You're bidding against your own competition before the phone even rings.
PON charges once. $49 a month, or $499 a year (USD in the United States, CAD in Canada). Every customer who finds you after that costs you nothing extra. One solid equipment project can pay for your membership — everything after that is profit that never goes to a lead broker.

Free membership lets you see the projects posted in your region. Contact access requires a paid membership.
Monthly membership unlocks direct interaction. No automatic notifications — you check in when you want to.
Annual membership is built for operators who want stability, top directory placement, and active project dispatch. One solid equipment project can pay for your membership.
How annual regional priority works. Annual members in the same region are ranked by the time their annual membership started. The earlier annual signup ranks ahead of the later one, so an annual member who joined at 12:00 ranks ahead of one who joined at 12:01 in the same region. Annual membership includes the established 12-month regional lock. This is ranking priority, not exclusivity: it does not prevent other operators from joining your region.
Pro Operator Network manages structure and routing — not outcomes.
