Annual members hold position and priority for the full term. One solid equipment project can pay for your membership.
Annual members in the same region are ranked by the time their annual membership started. The earlier annual signup ranks ahead of the later one, so an annual member who joined at 12:00 ranks ahead of one who joined at 12:01 in the same region. Annual membership includes the established 12-month regional lock. This is ranking priority, not exclusivity: it does not prevent other operators from joining your region.
