Pro Operator Network (“PON”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides an online platform that connects independent heavy equipment operators with contractors, homeowners, and project managers across North America.
By using this site, you acknowledge that Pro Operator Network functions solely as a connecting, visibility, and lead-generation platform and does not employ, supervise, or directly manage any listed operators or clients.
All operators listed on Pro Operator Network are independent contractors. Nothing on this platform creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Pro Operator Network and any operator or user.
PON does not control job pricing, schedules, performance, safety practices, or contractual terms between users.
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, and complying with all applicable local, provincial, state, and federal laws related to hiring or performing work.
Operators are solely responsible for holding proper licensing, certifications, insurance, and safety compliance required to perform work.
Certain platform features require a paid membership. Membership payments are processed through Stripe. Plans may renew automatically unless cancelled by the user.
Membership provides access, visibility, and priority features only and does not guarantee job volume, income, or work availability.
All refunds are governed by the official Refund Policy available on the website. Unless otherwise stated, membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
Operator profiles are publicly visible by design. Pro Operator Network does not verify, guarantee, or warrant operator availability, profile accuracy, quality of work, or job outcomes.
All hiring decisions and agreements are made solely between users.
Pro Operator Network assumes no liability for job-site incidents, injuries, damages, losses, disputes, delays, or non-performance arising from connections facilitated through the platform.
Users acknowledge that PON provides a lead-generation and visibility service only.
All site content, logos, design elements, text, and trademarks are the property of Pro Operator Network and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
